About Pine & Palm Kitchen:

Located in the beautiful mountains of Northwest Montana, Pine & Palm Kitchen is a small batch specialty food company focused on creating premium vanilla and vinegar products.

Founded by Meggen Wilson, a food blogger, who wanted an organic vanilla stronger than the typical commercial brands on store shelves. Meggen set out to create a brand utilizing local products like Glacier Dew Vodka, raw honey, maple syrup, honey berries, apples and more. Each product is hand crafted in small batches at a local ranch.

 

Why choose Pine & Palm Kitchen?

Our premium vanilla beans are sourced from fair trade farmers in Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Tahiti. We use only local vodka made right here in the Flathead Valley.

We age our vanilla extracts for over one year- far longer than the industry standard of pressure cooking or aging beans in a few months. We add no artificial colors or flavors to any of our products.

 

You can find our products online, at the Whitefish Farmer’s Market, festivals and pop-up shops throughout Northwest Montana.
