Premium fair-trade vanilla beans are dried in the Montana sun and infused in raw organic sugar for 30 days. We then remove the beans, process into them a fine powder, and grind and triple sift the mixture creating this perfumed delicate sweetener to add to your favorite beverage or use in baking.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature after opening.
